Where are you going after finish your study? This is the common questions during the last year of academy. And most of young chef may deal with some of dilemma.

1) Start to Browse 1 Years Before.
Research and shortlist about which country you want to go. Is it in Europe? Asia? Australia? Or else where. Ask the campus if they have any partnership with some countries.
2) Practice the Languange.
When the country is set, now you have to register and start to prepare for the admission test or the language certification. Most of them requiring TOEFL, IELTS. And the rest is also requiring any language skill if the main language of the country is not English.
3) Plan the Financial.
Download the applications and financial aid forms. Make a budgeting and projecting the financial including : the tickets (departure and return), the living cost, accommodation, transportation, etc.
4) How to Avoid the Culture Shock.
Browse and get the information about the city (and country), what kind of food, habit, culture they have and get used to it before going there. It helps to avoid the culture shock after arrive in abroad.
5) Home-sick is Natural.
You will missed your origin country, you will miss your home, and that is normal. So, suggestion is to bring some of stuffs that help you cure the missing of homeland. And also make a regular contact with your family or friends to keep you feel close.
6) Prepare Documents.
Around 6 months before the departure, start to check the tickets, and prepare requisite documents (resume, portfolio of your dishes, academic transcripts, passport, visa details : reference letter from the school, bank, etc) and getting reading for interview.
7) Ensure Financial Readiness and Begin Countdown to Internship Abroad.
