His passion for Culinary and Hospitality has brought him through many experiences of education in USA and Europe, he completed his apprenticeship in 2 famous hotels at Bellevue Palace and Ramada Renaissance in Switzerland.
He was also involved in the kitchen brigade catering to many heads of states and food service to USSR Prime Minister Michael Gorbachev.
Opening his Mediterranean style bistro was his real life business experience after academic life.
