Chef Michael joined OTTIMMO International as a student and he graduated from OTTIMMO International in 2017. Before graduating from OTTIMMO, he had his internship at Noach Café and Bistro for around 6 months. While he was in Noach, he learned a lot about the kitchen management and the working system.
After finishing his internship, he continued to work at Tune Restaurant & Wine Bar for 7 months where he learned classic Italian dishes and semi fine dining recipes. He was also a chef consultant in several restaurants . He is working as an chef instructor at OTTIMMO International, his expertise is Italian cuisine and also comfort food from the USA.
