Program Structure:
* Foundational Culinary or Baking & Pastry Training or both (12 -24 months)
The first stage of the program takes place in a state-of-the-art culinary Academy, where students will undergo comprehensive training in culinary theory and practice. Topics covered will include:
* French, Italian, Asian, and modern culinary techniques
* Advanced plating and presentation
* Pastry arts and desserts
* Kitchen management and team leadership
* International Internship (6-18 months)

After completing their training, students embark on an international internship at one of our carefully selected partner institutions in one of the following prestigious locations. These internships give participants the opportunity to refine their skills in diverse culinary environments, working with top chefs and gaining exposure to various kitchen operations. Participants will also experience life in a different culture, gaining insights into global dining trends and professional practices.
