She has a passion to be a food creator which combines local dishes using various traditional and international cooking techniques with a focus on food diversity. She also has a passion for creating culinary events with commercial or charity forms. Her research experience was Food diversity, Culinary Education and Food Technology. She also often does community service with his students. Her field of expertise are Food Diversity, Food Safety Hygiene and Sanitation, Event Management in Hospitality Industry.
