Speciality : Italian Cuisine Signature Skill: Pasta & Pizza Dish He was born in Jakarta 19 th of February 1995. He joined Ottimmo Internasional as a student and he was graduated from Ottimmo Internatonal in 2017. Before graduating from Ottimmo, he had his internship at Noach Café and Bistro for around 6 months. While he was in Noach, he learned a lot about the kitchen management and the working system. After finishing his internship, he continued to work at Tune Restorant & Wine Bar for 7 months where he learned classic Italian dishes and semi fine dining recipes. He is working as an assistant chef instructor at Ottimmo International, his expertise is Italian cuisine and also comfort food from USA.
