His passion of Culinary and Hospitality has brought him through many experience of education in USA and Europe, he completed his apprenticeship in 2 famous hotels at Bellevue Palace and Ramada Renaissance in Switzerland.
He was also involved in kitchen brigade cater to many heads of states and food service to USSR Prime Minister Michael Gorbachev.
Opening his Mediterranean style bistro was his real life business experience after academic life.
His last job position was the Dean of Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry at the Sages Institute.
