OTTIMMO Graduate

Being as an Ottimmo student has been one of my biggest decisions so far which I did not regret. I learned so much in my first year in culinary arts. This is when I know what cuisine that I like to cook and be good at it. Culinary arts is where I learn to work fast under pressure, while keeping track of my workflow. Without a proper workflow, I might be unable to finish my dish on time.

Now that I am the second year learning Baking and Pastry Arts, I have to adjust how I work. Baking and pastry arts needs more patience. It has to be neat and clean. I also learned that every bread, pastry, and cake have their own uniqueness. I also join a student organization where I learn more about communicating, coordinating, and tolerance.
